About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to create engaging visuals for digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that align with campaign goals.
- Create infographics, illustrations, motion graphics (if skilled), and other digital assets.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing firm.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative digital work.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media platforms and ad formats.
- Attention to detail with strong visual and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other quick design tools.
