Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and optimise lead generation. You will craft personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Content and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), while creating engaging content to attract and convert prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Execute cold email strategies, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM tactics to engage target accounts.
  • Create and manage content for blogs, social media, and email to nurture leads through TOFU,MOFU, and BOFU stages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing and revenue goals.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversions and marketing ROI.

Qualification:

●  2–5 years of experience in lead generation, inbound marketing, or a related field.
●  Expertise in email marketing automation, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM.
●  Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content.
●  Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, GA4, and website analytics platforms.
●  Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization.
●  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
