Position Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a high-velocity agency environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery – planning, execution, communication, and closure, while ensuring teams move efficiently within Agile frameworks. This role requires strong client-facing skills, delivery discipline, and the ability to make fast, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects running in parallel.
- Plan, execute, and track projects using Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery, timelines, and scope.
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks, sprints, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, marketing).
- Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Actively manage scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies across accounts.
- Ensure deadlines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks early and unblock teams quickly.
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and reporting for internal and client use.
- Handle change requests, revisions, and escalations with minimal disruption.
- Continuously improve delivery processes based on retrospectives and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital or tech agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and concurrent projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent understanding of project planning, estimation, and execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage clients and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar.
- Experience managing fixed-scope and time-and-materials engagements.
- Basic technical understanding of web, mobile, or SaaS projects.
- Prior experience in high-growth or fast-scaling agencies.
